Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. Please contact us at support@marsruler.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Q: Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 2–4 business days for transit. Total estimated delivery is 3–6 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in original condition, or items that arrived damaged or defective. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping costs on all eligible returns, including defective, damaged, and general returns.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Yes. Our products are selected for dimensional accuracy and material quality, suitable for both academic and professional drafting and measuring applications.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@marsruler.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card information.
