At marsruler.com, we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all original accessories and documentation
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@marsruler.com within 30 days of your purchase date
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

We cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped items, and general eligible returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive and approve your return for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@marsruler.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if items do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit on the return journey unless tracked shipping was used.
