Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days via our standard carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@marsruler.com as soon as possible.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building’s mail area
- Contact the carrier directly
- Reach out to us at support@marsruler.com if unresolved within 2 business days
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
